Aspiring Physical Therapist focused on sports rehabilitation, orthopedic care, and performance-based recovery.

About Me

I chose to pursue physical therapy through a combination of athletics, academics, and hands-on experiences that showed me the impact movement can have on both physical and mental well-being. As a Division I athlete and a kinesiology student, I have seen firsthand how proper training, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care can help individuals return to the activities they love.

My primary clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, orthopedic physical therapy, and performance-based recovery. I am especially interested in working with active populations and athletes, helping them not only recover from injury but return stronger and more confident. I am also drawn to the intersection of physical and psychological health, particularly how motivation, mindset, and adherence impact rehabilitation outcomes.

As a future physical therapist, I hope to be a clinician who combines evidence-based practice with a highly individualized and empathetic approach. I want to create an environment where patients feel supported, educated, and empowered throughout their recovery process.
